Disability inclusion is more than a policy—it’s a day-to-day practice that shapes culture, strengthens teams, and fuels innovation. This four-part, highly interactive series, presented by the Center for Disability Inclusion (CDI) in partnership with the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, provides practical, step-by-step tools for building workplaces where people can thrive.
In this first session, participants will build confidence and clarity around how to start disability inclusion at work. Through digital game-based activities, table-level engagement, storytelling, case studies, and group discussion, attendees will:
