Child Care Exchange

Child Care Exchange

Wednesday, August 20, 2025 (3:00 PM - 4:30 PM) (CDT)

Description

Governor Kehoe has signed a budget bill intended to help thousands of Missouri families access affordable child care while strengthening our workforce and economy. When enacted, this public-private partnership will allow more Missourians to stay in the workforce by splitting the cost of child care between the state, employers, and families. Join us in an afternoon session to learn more about the role of the employer in this innovative workforce strategy and how Kansas City businesses and families can draw down state funds to support the cost of child care.
